Switzerland: Introduction of a new BCT Paste Kneading Tooth with improved wear protection

The improvement made to our paste kneader availability and its maintenance cost reduction clearly results from our continued challenging approach. New wear protection material is now available and with its associated new coating production method has opened up new opportunities to start the development of a new and more sustainable paste kneading tooth. The development of a new kneading tooth wear protection focused on creating a significantly increased production life span for our customers. The test and enhancement phase could be executed within a real production environment together in close collaboration with one of our valued customers. The test results exceeded our expectations and showed a life span improvement of well over 100%.
